We discovered Puchero, a Spanish bean-to-bar chocolate maker, on a recent trip to Spain. We sampled several bars and the Pistachio + Strawberry 50% bar was our favorite for its unique flavors. The bar contains 50% Philippines Mana cacao, 25% roasted Spanish pistachios, and is topped with dehydrated Spanish strawberry dust, providing a tasty blend of savory and tart.
