Alto Canto makes high-altitude tequilas in the mountains of Sierra del Tigre, Jalisco. Their Reposado, with its peppery flavors of cooked agave and hint of caramel-like sweetness with tropical fruit and vanilla notes, is a new favorite. Master Distiller Juan Reyes creates artisanally crafted small-batch magic with organic agave and mountain spring water. The spirit is fermented for 80 hours, distilled in copper alembic stills and aged in new American oak barrels for 4 months.
